achieve their goals. Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience
in corporate & personal tax as well as audit and other examination issues.
Melissa is also an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service and
has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the IRS. Melissa
is a Leader in the Tax Resolution industry for over 20 years. These
esteemed credentials, combined with her knowledge of both the tax
industry and tax resolution industry, makes her the perfect tax partner for

Gerald Yarborough is a Certified Public Accountant whose office is in Charlotte, NC. Gerald has been preparing tax returns, managing IRS audits, and resolving IRS debts for small businesses and individual clients for over 30 years.
Starting as an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Revenue Agent in Knoxville, Tennessee, and finally working in the Appeals Office of the IRS in Dallas, Texas, Gerald gained valuable hands-on experience with the IRS. In 1978 he opened his first CPA firm in Norman, Oklahoma. The practice flourished, and the dream of helping small business owners do a better job with their record-keeping and staying out of trouble with the IRS was truly being realized. He later owned a firm in Marietta, GA, before returning to his home town of Fort Mill, SC, in 1992.
